Working with Cade has been a great experience. My husband was able to call the number on his website and we got a consultation that day! Once we got our consultation, and decided to work with Cade, we were able to have help picking colors, doors, and windows for my home. We needed 8 windows, 2 doors, and the siding replaced. Jacob did a phenomenal job with the siding and windows. They took down my old siding and found there wasn't any insulation underneath to protect from the southern Utah heat. They added insulation underneath the new siding and added a barrier around the bottom of the house to keep the bugs in. Which has kept my house cool and bug free. They also hauled away the old siding and windows in a timely manner. They cleaned as they went and kept us up to date on the process. Thank you Beehive State Exteriors for making my house nicer to look at and nicer to live in.

Beehive State Exteriors enlarges window openings for homeowners in Central, UT and across Southern Utah.
Expert Window opening enlargement in Central, UT
Window opening enlargement is a structural service that makes your existing window opening bigger so you can fit a larger window. Homes across Central, UT and the surrounding Southern Utah area often have smaller, older openings that limit natural light and airflow. Enlarging the opening means cutting back the wall framing, installing a properly sized header to carry the load above, and reframing the rough opening to the new dimensions. Load-bearing walls require careful assessment before any cutting begins, and that is exactly the kind of hands-on work our owner still does in the field on every job. Beehive State Exteriors has held an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau since 2002 and has never received a single complaint. If your living room, kitchen, or bedroom feels dark and closed in, a larger window opening is a direct fix. Call us to get started.
