Working with Cade has been a great experience. My husband was able to call the number on his website and we got a consultation that day! Once we got our consultation, and decided to work with Cade, we were able to have help picking colors, doors, and windows for my home. We needed 8 windows, 2 doors, and the siding replaced. Jacob did a phenomenal job with the siding and windows. They took down my old siding and found there wasn't any insulation underneath to protect from the southern Utah heat. They added insulation underneath the new siding and added a barrier around the bottom of the house to keep the bugs in. Which has kept my house cool and bug free. They also hauled away the old siding and windows in a timely manner. They cleaned as they went and kept us up to date on the process. Thank you Beehive State Exteriors for making my house nicer to look at and nicer to live in.

Expert Energy-efficient window installation in Central, UT
Central, UT sits in Washington County, one of the hottest and sunniest climate zones in the state. Summers push well past 100Β°F, UV exposure is relentless, and even winter nights can drop sharply. Old or single-pane windows let that heat pour in during summer and escape during cooler months, forcing your HVAC to work harder year-round. Energy-efficient window installation addresses that directly. At Beehive State Exteriors, we are locally owned and operated, and the owner works in the field on every job. That hands-on approach means the glass package, frame fit, air seal, and flashing all get the same attention. We serve homeowners across Central, St. George, Hurricane, Washington, Cedar City, and the surrounding communities. As an accredited Better Business Bureau business holding an A+ rating with no complaints on record, we stand behind every installation we complete. If your home runs hot in summer or drafty in winter, energy-efficient windows are one of the most direct fixes available.

Energy-efficient window installation FAQ
Common questions about energy-efficient window installation in Central, UT.
Yes, they are a practical upgrade for Central, UT homes because Southern Utah's intense sun and heat put constant pressure on older windows. Reducing solar heat gain through the glass directly lowers how hard your cooling system has to work.
Energy-efficient windows use Low-E glass coatings and insulating gas fills between panes to slow heat transfer in both directions. That means less heat entering your St. George or Hurricane home in summer and less warmth escaping in winter.
Yes, Low-E glass blocks a large share of UV radiation that causes fading in flooring, rugs, and upholstery. Homes with south- or west-facing windows in Washington, UT see the most benefit from this protection.
Yes, south- and west-facing windows in areas like Cedar City and Enterprise receive the most direct sun and benefit most from a low Solar Heat Gain Coefficient rating. An installer who works the job personally can assess each exposure and recommend the right glass package.
Proper air sealing, flashing, and frame fit are just as important as the glass itself, and poor installation can undercut even a high-performing window. Beehive State Exteriors is an accredited BBB business with an A+ rating and no complaints, and the owner is on-site for every job in communities like La Verkin, Leeds, and Torquerville.
Yes, energy-efficient windows can be fitted into existing openings in older homes across Pine Valley and Enterprise. The rough opening condition is inspected before installation to confirm the frame and air seal will perform correctly.
