Working with Cade has been a great experience. My husband was able to call the number on his website and we got a consultation that day! Once we got our consultation, and decided to work with Cade, we were able to have help picking colors, doors, and windows for my home. We needed 8 windows, 2 doors, and the siding replaced. Jacob did a phenomenal job with the siding and windows. They took down my old siding and found there wasn't any insulation underneath to protect from the southern Utah heat. They added insulation underneath the new siding and added a barrier around the bottom of the house to keep the bugs in. Which has kept my house cool and bug free. They also hauled away the old siding and windows in a timely manner. They cleaned as they went and kept us up to date on the process. Thank you Beehive State Exteriors for making my house nicer to look at and nicer to live in.

Expert Metal roofing installation in Central, UT
Metal roofing installation in Central, UT means building a roof that can handle what southern Utah actually throws at it. The area sees intense summer heat, strong seasonal winds, and freeze-thaw temperature swings that wear down lighter roofing materials faster than most homeowners expect. A properly installed metal roof starts with a full deck inspection to catch soft spots or rot before any panel goes on. Underlayment goes down next, followed by drip edge, panel layout, and precision fastening to keep panels secure against wind uplift. Ridge caps and closure strips seal the peak and block moisture from working in. At Beehive State Exteriors, the owner works in the field on every job. You get direct oversight, not a crew left to figure things out alone. We are BBB accredited and have held an A+ rating with no complaints on record. If you are ready to put a metal roof on your Central, UT home, call us to get started.
